DESCRIPTION

Is moderately resistant to late blight and to bacterial wilt. It is widely accepted in the SSA region because of its high yielding. The plant has long growing period and a semi-erect habit with pale white flowers. It is well adapted tropical to sub tropical climate. Tubers have pale yellow flesh with compressed shape. Muruta is good for table use and for processing as chips.
