DESCRIPTION

Has extreme resistance to PVY and is susceptible to Late blight. It has a very short growing period wide adaptation to short days in tropical and sub tropical areas. It has decumbent plant habit, the flowers are pale purple and the tubers are round with cream flesh. Chamak is a table potato and can be used for processing as chips.
